    Description

    Francois Cevert seemingly had it all. Under Jackie Stewart's wing, he had matured into an excellent driver and was set to take over as team leader when Stewart retired in 1973---but he died in a terrible accident at the Glen on what was going to be Jackie's last race. I was there and remember the silence. Tragic. This model is Cevert's first (and only) F1 win, also at the Glen, two years previously.
